  • We first discovered Domaine Dandelion with their very first vintage of 2016, on one of our trips to Burgundy. It was a complete revelation, and though we rarely bring in wines from this region we knew we simply had to.

This is 100% Pinot Noir with a tremendous depth. Forget appellation, this is simply great wine. Unfiltered, un-fined and bottled with no SO2. Less than 1,000 bottles are made per year, and Hong Kong was allocated just 120.

  • Annual Production:
    Blend100% Pinot Noir
Aged in stainless steel tanks and neutral barrels
    Certification: Practicing biodynamic
    Alcohol: 12.5%
    Drinking Window: 2017-2024

  • The story of Domaine Dandelion begins with Morgane and Christian. Morgane grew up in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and after studying and working abroad for many years decided to return home to make wine. There was an ancient cellar from 1899 that she used to walk past every day as a student and she knew that would be the perfect place to make wine.

Right now the cellar houses a group of young winemakers such as the Santini
Frères, who we also work with in Hong Kong. What can we say? Great minds think alike.
