When will my order arrive?
We arrange two deliveries per week on Tuesday and Friday, and request an order lead time of 2 days. Please be aware that if there is no one to collect the delivery at the given time, we may need to charge an additional delivery charge for the rescheduled delivery. We will also inform you if there any delays in the delivery of your order due to external circumstances (holidays, accidents, natural disasters, etc).
Will my wines be safe?
All of our wines are stored in a professional wine warehouse. They are kept at a cool, stable temperature, and are transported around the city in temperature controlled vans.
Can someone help me collect the wines?
If you have any specific requests (such as where to leave the wine if you are out, or which neighbour or guard to contact) please be sure to specify on the “Special Instructions” box when you place your order.
Should any wine sold up to the value of 400HKD be out of condition or corked we will refund or replace the wine, provided the bottle is returned to us so that we can confirm the fault. You will be responsible for the cost of the return transportation.
However, we must note that we cannot accept returns if the taste of the wine is not to your liking. We believe our wines to be of the highest quality, and this often means that we source wines from unique grapes or terroirs. If you would like to learn more about the wines before making your purchase, we would be more than happy to help you out at info(@)corkculture.hk.
We ask in all instances that you contact us by email as soon as possible. Unfortunately once the wine is out of our hands we cannot be responsible for it. We will not refund or exchange any wine which has been open too long or improperly stored after delivery. In the event that your order or part of your order is broken in transit we will offer a replacement (provided we can still supply the product from stock) or a refund as you choose and you will not be liable for any additional delivery charges.
Should your order arrive damaged you may either refuse the entire delivery or note down the damage with the delivery driver when receiving the goods. If you sign for the goods without doing this, it will be assumed they have been received in good condition, so please check your delivery carefully. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of a breakage.
